- Founding member of the Triago Directs & Co-Investments business in the US. Subsequently built and ran EMEA region Directs & Co-Investments in London at Triago, and then at Houlihan Lokey, following the firms’ 2024 merger
- MBA from Vanderbilt University followed by investment banking at UBS and Credit Suisse and roles at two private equity firms as Head of Capital Formation
My Personal Interests
- Spending time with my wife & two children including international travel, skiing together, beach time, other outdoor activities
- Fishing for bluefish, striped bass, and bonito in Nantucket

My Expertise
Following time in M&A investment banking after business school, I began my journey in deal-by-deal private equity investing at Credit Suisse where I established a deep, proprietary network of investor relationships throughout the US and Europe, particularly with $1B+ AUM family offices. My investor network also includes a wide range of institutional investors, fund of funds, and allocators / asset managers.
Over time, I have worked on transactions in most industry verticals with a range of middle market private equity funds and independent sponsors focused on common & structured equity and junior debt / hybrid capital. I have also executed GP-led continuation vehicles, primary fundraises (in-house and as an intermediary), and GP stake transactions.
