My work spans the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing opportunities and building relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and strategic acquirers, to leading execution across sell-side, buy-side, and financing engagements.
My background includes operational experience as an entrepreneur and advising middle-market businesses on sell-side, buyside, and financing transactions. I launched and scaled an entrepreneurial venture, giving me firsthand perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by growth companies. I’ve also advised a wide range of middle-market businesses on strategic alternatives, capital formation, and liquidity events, helping management teams and owners navigate complex transactions and achieve their long-term objectives.
