Having started my career as a bankruptcy lawyer and transitioned to investment banking, all of my professional endeavors have been with companies experiencing some sort of dislocation. It is incredibly rewarding to help those companies navigate through their issues either to a better balance sheet or into safer, more well-capitalized hands.
I have broad industry expertise, including but not limited to, transactions in Business Services, Consumer Products, Food, Beverage and Agriculture, Healthcare, Industrials, Life Sciences, and Technology.
