Kayla Cartoski

Kayla Cartoski is a Director on the Capital Markets team at Cascadia Capital, where she advises middle-market companies across a broad range of industries on debt and structured capital solutions. Kayla brings a transaction-oriented background in structuring and executing tailored capital solutions, supporting growth financings, recapitalizations, acquisition financings, and other complex situations. She leverages a hands-on, execution-focused approach to run targeted, competitive processes that align capital structures with long-term strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Cascadia, Kayla worked in principal investing on the Private Credit team at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on underwriting and managing private credit investments. Her deep buyside experience, investing up and down the capital structure across sponsored and non-sponsored transactions, uniquely equips her to serve as a close advisor to Cascadia’s clients throughout the duration of a transaction. Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist).

Kayla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
