I focus on the execution of highly complex multi-site provider services recapitalizations for large independent and sponsor-owned management services organizations, clinics, facilities and businesses, in partnership with private equity funds, health systems, payors, and other publicly traded strategic entities.
My sector coverage is inclusive of both consumer/retail categories – including Medicine 3.0 sectors such as regenerative/precision medicine, preventative/concierge care, and high acuity specialties and related facilities, such as orthopedics, interventional pain, ENT/allergy, dermatology, and surgery centers.
