My Expertise
I’ve spent the past decade advising middle market companies across a range of healthcare subsectors and transaction types, including M&A, divestitures and capital raises. Prior to investment banking, I worked in private equity where I executed transactions across a range of industries.
My practice at Cascadia is principally focused on consumer health, healthcare services and healthcare products & distribution. The healthcare sector is rapidly evolving, as consumer preferences shift and care moves outside traditional settings. I’m excited to work with clients as they navigate this complex landscape.
