My Expertise
With over a decade of experience, I have advised clients across the outsourced services landscape, developing a particular affinity for clients who have developed a best-of-breed and market leading outsourced solution to address mission critical functions or challenges their clients face. I began my career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) before spending several years at Lazard Freres & Co., primarily advising sponsor-backed companies, while cultivating a deep understanding of M&A value drivers and differentiators for professional and technical service transactions.
