My Expertise
- Throughout my two-decade investment banking career, I have worked across a number of industries (consumer, technology and energy) before gravitating to Healthcare. I started my career focused on sell-side M&A advisory for closely held businesses and then spent seven years working with small and mid-cap public companies facilitating public offerings (IPOs, Private Placements, Follow-on Equity Offerings). I have conducted multiple Fairness Opinions as well.
- At Cascadia, I augment the footprint of the Healthcare team and add deep sub-vertical expertise and substantial experience advising and raising capital for Medical Equipment Services and Facilities Outsourced Services related businesses.
