Vitaliy brings deep transaction advisory expertise for physician practices, having advised over 500 physician clients in transaction processes. His experience spans variety of specialties, including hospital-based groups like anesthesia, emergency medicine and radiology as well as office-based specialties like dermatology, ophthalmology, and others.

Vitaliy’s primary expertise with Cascadia is in advising physicians in the Fertility/Women’s Health, Urology, Specialty Dental (Oral Surgery, Endodontics), and other ASC-based specialties (GI, Cardiology, Orthopedics).


Vitaliy Marchenko is a Director at Cascadia Capital in the firm’s Healthcare Services group, focused on advising physician practice management clients. Vitaliy brings over 10 years of investment banking experience advising founder or entrepreneur owned companies. Prior to joining Cascadia, Vitaliy was a VP at the Ziegler Companies, in the Healthcare Services practice. Previously, Vitaliy provided investment banking serves to clients while at Edgemont Capital. Vitaliy holds a BBA with a focus in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University.
