Nico provides unique insight to clients as a result of his broad experience, both as an advisor to corporate clients and as an executive responsible for driving the strategic growth agenda of a multi-billion dollar professional services firm. He has significant experience and a valuable spectrum of perspective from the buy side, sell side, and corporate leadership point of view. As an advisor, he is focused on identifying and cultivating the key drivers of shareholder value and highly adept at aligning multiple stakeholder interests toward the effective execution of an M&A transaction.
Nico has spent the past decade covering the professional services sector, with a particular focus on the technology-enabled services space. He has joined Cascadia Capital to drive growth within the firm’s Technology and Business Services teams.
Nicodemo Esposito is a Managing Director within Cascadia Capital’s Business Services and Technology practices. Over his career as an investment banker, corporate development executive and management consultant, Nico has played a role in transactions totaling well over $100 billion in aggregate value.
Nico began his career with UBS Investment Bank in New York, gaining M&A experience in the US, Europe and Asia, before joining Deutsche Bank’s M&A group, where he successfully led complex and high-profile advisory engagements.
After 13 years in investment banking, Nico joined Delaware North Companies, a global leader in the hospitality industry, as Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, Nico was a member of the Investment Committee and orchestrated the company’s 2014 acquisition of Patina Restaurant Group.
Prior to joining Cascadia Capital, Nico led the M&A and Strategic Advisory practice in North America for Equiteq, a global M&A firm, with a particular focus on the business services sector.
Nico received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He lives in Larchmont, NY, with his wife and three children.
