    Helping our clients achieve their goals. The transactions we advise on are emotionally charged and intensive for owners and managers. Seeing them through to a rewarding outcome is incredibly fulfilling to me, both personally and professionally.

  • Q: What are you passionate about?
    A:

    Learning about companies and businesses. Even within the same product category, each business is unique. Understanding the specific fundamentals driving each company and how it’s positioned in the industry is critical for our work. I find it exciting to have the opportunity to dive into and understand new companies.

Expertise

Naaman has spent his career advising Industrials companies, with a specific focus on value-added distribution and building products. In the value-added distribution sub-sector he works with industrial, PVF, building products and chemical companies. in the Building Products subvertical, his clients include those that manufacture materials and products for construction and infrastructure.

Naaman’s transactional expertise is comprehensive with experience executing multiple M&A, capital raise, public and private equity and debt offerings, and strategic advisory transactions.

Bio

Naaman Heyman is a Director in Cascadia Capital’s Industrials group. He is focused on advising and executing strategic transactions on behalf of clients in the sector and leads the firm’s Specialty Distribution, and Construction and Building Materials subsectors.

Prior to joining Cascadia Capital, Naaman was a Vice President in Barclays’ Industrials Group in New York, where he advised Distribution and Building Products companies on a broad spectrum of transactions, including M&A, equity and debt transactions. Earlier, Naaman was the Assistant Corporate Treasurer at Orbotech, where he managed the Company’s investments of funds and oversaw external subsidies.

Naaman holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is registered with FINRA, holding the Series 79 and 63 licenses.
