Expertise
Kerri has extensive private equity experience, having sourced hundreds of investment opportunities across a wide array of sectors. She has spent time in the public equity and fixed income markets, and most recently focused on M&A and debt/equity financing opportunities for a leading middle market private equity firm. She has spent her entire career in a client facing role with expertise in financial services and business development.
At Cascadia Capital, Kerri works on the financial sponsor coverage team. She has an extensive network of relationships throughout the middle market and is focused on providing financial sponsors with best-in-class deal flow and investment banking products and services. She brings a unique perspective having spent 6 years at a $1.5B private equity fund.
Bio
Kerri Hagen is a Director within Cascadia’s Financial Sponsor Coverage team. Her focus is to develop and manage relationships with leading financial sponsors in the Northeast.
Kerri joined Cascadia from Gemspring Capital, a middle market private equity firm, as Director of Business Development where she was responsible for sourcing new investments and driving the firm’s business development efforts and investment banking relationships. Prior to joining Gemspring, Kerri was a Senior Business Development Consultant at Axial, where she assisted in the deal sourcing and M&A efforts of middle market private equity firms, family offices and lenders. Prior to joining Axial, she served as Vice President, Equity Sales at The Buckingham Research Group. Earlier in her career, Kerri assisted the research, sales, and trading functions of investment banks while at IHS Markit (formerly Ipreo, a portfolio company of Blackstone and Goldman Sachs).
Kerri received a BA in Communications, summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan. She currently serves on ACG NY’s Women of Leadership Committee.
