Jason has substantial experience working with middle market and emerging growth companies across several industries including semiconductor, software, consumer, and robotics. His focus on autonomous solutions draws from his prior experiences.
Given expertise on both the sell-side and the buy-side, Jason has fostered a well rounded capability to provide advice to clients from different perspectives.
Jason is one of the founding members of Cascadia’s Robotics, Automation and AI practice and was also key in Cascadia Private Capital’s investment in Oregon Equipment Sales, a regional Kubota tractor dealership in the Willamette Valley.
Jason Lippenberger is a Senior Vice President at Cascadia Capital in the firm’s Robotics, Automation and AI practice group with a special focus on autonomous solutions and supporting technologies. Jason brings over 18 years of investment banking and private equity experience working with middle market and emerging growth companies.
Prior to joining Cascadia, Jason was a Vice President at D.A. Davidson & Co. Previously, Jason worked at Summit Partners in their growth equity group and Bear, Stearns & Co. in their semiconductor and software investment banking practice groups.
Jason holds a B.A. Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College and an M.B.A. from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
