“Our number one focus is building a sustaining business to serve our clients and provide a place for our team members to grow for many years to come. Few decisions are made without considering the implications they may have several years down the line.”
I believe that every individual should have their own “non-negotiables”—the things in life and in business that they are not willing to compromise on. I view this list of items as a set of shared non-negotiables across all of Cascadia—those things which underpin every one of our actions and which we are not willing to compromise on.
Continuous improvement. Finding the non-obvious answer. Being wrong sometimes and learning from those experiences. Leaving things better than when I found them.
Figuring out a way to have fun with whatever I am doing. Life is too short not to.
