Carle Felton is a Managing Director and leads Cascadia’s Capital Markets Advisory practice. His primary focus is to source flexible debt and equity for Cascadia clients by utilizing relationships with lenders and investors to ensure certainty of execution on market-best terms.
Carle has over 15 years of experience working with private equity firms and family businesses. He understands the goals and challenges of companies in all stages of growth. Carle joined Cascadia from Goldman Sachs Private Credit and Hybrid Capital. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Carle served as a Director in Leveraged Finance at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist) and before that, Vice President Global Sponsor Finance at General Electric Capital Corporation (now Antares Capital).
Father of three, Carle Felton is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant, and earned a Masters in Accountancy from The University of Georgia.
