Q: Trust. Experience. Independence. Results. What does this mean to you?A:
Trust is paramount in every relationship, professional and personal. It takes experience in life and business to truly recognize the importance of trust and how to establish trust in your daily life. Independence to me is having the character, fortitude and personal accountability to be able to provide sound, objective advice.

Q: What drives you?A:
My kids motivate everything that I do. I want to instill in them the virtues of hard work, accountability and persistence, and I strive to live these ethos’ every day.

Q: What are you passionate about?A:
I’m passionate about continuing to better myself, expand my perspectives, learn new skills and grow as a person, father and business advisor. I try to approach every client with the same curiosity, interest and respect, with the perspective that I can always learn something from the people I meet and clients I work with.
Expertise
Throughout Adam’s two-decade investment banking career, he has worked across a number of industries (consumer, technology and energy) before gravitating to Healthcare. He started his career focused on sell-side M&A advisory for closely held businesses and then spent seven years working with small and mid-cap public companies facilitating public offerings (IPOs, Private Placements, Follow-on Equity Offerings). Adam has conducted multiple Fairness Opinions as well.
At Cascadia, Adam augments the footprint of the Healthcare team and adds deep sub-vertical expertise and substantial experience advising and raising capital for Medical Devices, Medical Products and Pharmacy related businesses.
Bio
Adam Stormoen is a Managing Director at Cascadia Capital in the firm’s Healthcare group, focused on serving clients in Medical Products and Healthcare Services. Adam brings 20 years of investment banking experience advising and financing middle market private and public companies. Throughout his career he has closed several dozen M&A transactions, as well as public and private capital raises for clients across a wide array of Healthcare sub-verticals, including Medical Devices, Healthcare Services and Healthcare Technology.
Prior to joining Cascadia, Adam was a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps in the Healthcare Practice. Previously Adam provided investment banking services to clients while at Roth Capital Partners, Dougherty & Company, LLC and McGladrey Capital Markets.
Adam holds a BBA with a focus on Finance, Investments & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he was a member of the football team.
