Cascadia Capital, an independent investment bank serving middle-market clients globally, is pleased to announce that Everett W. Currier III has joined the firm as a Managing Director to lead the firm’s Energy, Power & Infrastructure Practice within the Industrials investment banking group.
Mr. Currier brings more than 25 years of experience advising companies, investors, and capital providers across the energy and industrial value chain. His expertise spans renewable power, battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy transition services, grid infrastructure, and energy-related supply chains.
Mr. Currier joins Cascadia from Lincoln International, where he led the firm’s Energy Transition investment banking efforts. Prior to Lincoln, he spent more than two decades at KeyBanc Capital Markets, serving as Managing Director and helping build one of the largest U.S.-based renewable energy investment banking platforms.
At Cascadia, Mr. Currier will advise public and private companies, sponsors, and institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic alternatives. He brings deep experience across the full value chain, helping companies and investors navigate evolving market dynamics, capital deployment opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.
“Cascadia has a long history advising companies and investors across energy and clean technology markets, having established our presence in the sector nearly 20 years ago,” said Michael Butler, Chairman and CEO of Cascadia Capital. “Everett is one of the most experienced advisors in the space, and his addition represents a significant step forward in our ability to serve clients across the energy transition ecosystem and broader industrial landscape.”
“The energy and industrial sectors are undergoing significant transformation, creating new opportunities for companies and investors alike,” said Everett Currier. “I was drawn to Cascadia’s sector-focused approach and entrepreneurial culture, and I look forward to helping clients identify opportunities and navigate complexity across these rapidly evolving markets.”
Mr. Currier brings a strong understanding of capital deployment challenges amid geopolitical and economic uncertainty. He works closely with companies and investors navigating supply chain constraints, regulatory changes, and evolving investor priorities across the energy and industrial landscape.
The addition of Everett further expands Cascadia’s Industrials investment banking group, which serves clients across a broad range of sectors including industrial technology, manufacturing, packaging, specialty electronics, auto-aftermarket, and energy-related infrastructure.
