We have just wrapped up one of the strongest intern classes we’ve ever had at Cascadia. Their curiosity, drive, and fresh ideas left a big impression, and through our hands-on, apprenticeship approach, we believe they gained valuable experience working alongside our bankers. We can’t wait to welcome many of them back next year as part of our 2026 full-time analyst cohort.
