As we wrap up our Summer 2025 Internship Program, we’re reflecting on the energy, curiosity, and impact our interns brought to Cascadia Capital.
This year’s class joined us across multiple offices and practice groups, contributing meaningfully to live deals, research initiatives, and team culture.
To mark the close of the program, we sat down with a few interns — as well as Managing Director Firdaus Pohowalla and Co-Founder & Vice Chairman Kevin Cable — to talk about what makes the intern experience at Cascadia unique.
