Cascadia Capital, an independent investment bank serving middle-market clients globally, is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Uniserve Facilities Services (“Uniserve” or the “Company”) on its acquisition by Two Roads Partners.
Founded in 1966, Uniserve is a long-established facility maintenance and services provider delivering comprehensive cleaning solutions to commercial properties and institutional clients across California. The Company offers a broad suite of services including janitorial and custodial cleaning, window washing, pressure washing, parking lot maintenance, landscaping, and groundskeeping. Over nearly six decades, Uniserve has built a strong reputation for service quality, reliability, and long-term customer relationships.
Cascadia worked closely with the Uniserve team to identify the right long-term partner for the business, leveraging deep industry expertise and longstanding relationships across the facilities services and private equity landscape. The resulting transaction provides partial liquidity to Uniserve’s family ownership, while allowing the founding shareholders to remain actively involved in the business alongside Two Roads Partners to support the Company’s next phase of growth.
“It was a pleasure to serve as the exclusive advisor on the sale of Uniserve to Two Roads Partners,” said Cascadia Capital. “Uniserve is one of the largest non-union janitorial service providers in the California market, and we’re excited to see them execute on several actionable growth initiatives under Two Roads’ leadership and ownership, given their proven track record of successfully scaling commercial and facilities services businesses.”
“Working with the Cascadia team on our transaction was nothing but stellar,” said Eugene Hwang, Vice President of Operations and Sales at Uniserve. “The support provided exceeded our expectations. They brought us a great team that offered valuable insights and simplified our due diligence process with utmost efficiency, which freed up a significant amount of our time and allowed us to stay focused on running the business.”
