Cascadia Capital, an independent investment bank serving middle-market organizations, today announced that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to HCM Unlocked on its acquisition by Specialty Program Group (“SPG”), a subsidiary of HUB International.
Headquartered in Miami, Florida, HCM Unlocked is a technology-enabled managed service provider helping organizations improve the way they manage human capital technology and operations. The company provides managed services and consulting across payroll, tax, HR, benefits, leave of absence, compliance, technology implementation and optimization, data governance and related workforce services. Its proprietary DELTA technology supports HCM data migration, validation and management across technology environments.

Cascadia advised HCM Unlocked through a targeted sell-side process focused on strategic partners that recognized the value of the company’s differentiated technology, service capabilities and growth trajectory.
