We are pleased to announce that our client Emerald Alaska, a subsidiary of Emerald Services, has been acquired by National Response Company (“NRC”), a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company. Cascadia Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Emerald Alaska in this transaction.
Emerald Alaska is a leading provider of environmental and emergency response solutions to the oil and gas industry in the state of Alaska. NRC is the leading commercial provider of United States Oil Pollution Act of 1990 regulatory compliance services, as well as a global provider of specialized environmental and emergency response solutions. NRC has continued to expand its geographic presence in recent years and the addition of Emerald Alaska adds a strategic region to its domestic footprint.
