We are pleased to announce that our client Brightlight Consulting, a leading data, analytics and business intelligence consulting firm headquartered in Redmond, WA, has been acquired by Sirius Computer Solutions, a national technology integrator and provider of IT services headquartered in San Antonio, TX. Cascadia Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Brightlight in this transaction.
Founded in 2005, Brightlight has built a highly skilled consulting team of top data practitioners, thought leaders and domain experts all singularly focused on helping clients develop practical solutions to business problems, make informed strategic decisions and advance their competitive advantage through the power of Big Data. Brightlight will become the Business Analytics division within Sirius and continue to deliver deep technology expertise in many areas of the Big Data and business intelligence landscape, including data strategy, data warehousing, data transformation, analytics and cloud integration.
