

We are pleased to announce that our client, Amphion Medical Solutions, Inc. (or “Amphion”), a provider of transcription, coding and quality measures abstraction services, has been acquired by iMedX, Inc., a leader in health information and clinical documentation.
Amphion was founded as one of the first “remote-only” coding companies and has established a superior approach to quality and bottom-line performance that has enabled the company to grow and offer broader technology and services across the health information management spectrum. The acquisition by iMedX will achieve scale, management depth, and a diversity of offerings that will create a leading, world-class medical documentation organization.

The transaction also represents the second Madison, Wisconsin-based client Cascadia has successfully advised in the last two years, with the prior transaction involving Cascadia’s representation of Emdat, Inc. in its sale to Nuance.
