- LMR Wine Estates (“LMR”) is a family-operated, ultra-premium Napa Valley multi-estate winery
- LMR owns nearly 200 acres of planted vineyards in the highly sought-after Rutherford, Spring Mountain District and Anderson Valley appellations
Situation
- Cascadia was retained by LMR Wine Estates, who was in default with its current lender, to secure new debt financing which would replace the Company’s existing facility, while also providing additional availability for new vineyard acquisitions and working capital
