Q & A

“I am a solutions-oriented banker. Finding the right partner and outcome for a client is never a one-dimensional approach. The best outcomes require creativity and the ability to drive a transaction process that articulates a company’s strengths and maximizes the chance for an optimal outcome.”

  • Q: Trust. Experience. Independence. Results. What does this mean to you?

The decision to raise capital from a new partner or to sell one’s company is often the most important decision a business owner ever makes. The transaction process can be highly emotional and personal, and as a result, I build deep relationships based on trust with my clients that often last years after a transaction is complete.

  • Q: What drives you?

I want my clients to be happy with all aspects of a transaction; the level of service, the financial outcome, the creativity brought to the table, and how his or her employees were treated. It is important to me that they are happy not only the day a transaction closes, but in the ensuing years.

  • Q: What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about my clients who are often leaders in their consumer field and inextricably tied to their local economy and community. I most enjoy working with founders, families and business owners to help them find the right partner for their business, balancing financial, cultural fit and legacy objectives to find the optimal solution; always listening to my client’s needs first.
