Paul Vander Vort
“An effective advisory relationship should begin long before a transaction process commences; providing client counsel, guidance and advice as they consider their strategic options and determine the optimal time to transact.”
It means being a complete advisor to my client by bringing relevant, recent transaction experience, as well as market familiarity, to achieve the absolute best outcome: best price, best terms and best buyer. In some cases, the best outcome may be doing no transaction or waiting, and a trusted, experienced and independent advisor should be able to recognize those situations.
Being an advocate for my client, deal momentum and finding solutions to keep transactions on track.
Disciplined business models, disruptive technologies/solutions, entrepreneurial confidence and achieving rewarding results for risk-takers.
