Nicole Nugent Fry
- Food, Beverage & Agribusiness
“Hard work, thoughtfulness, empathy and transparency are critical to building a positive and trusting relationship with your clients, colleagues and community.”
I think all of these attributes are critical when working with clients in an advisory role and in many ways, go hand-in-hand with each other. With deep industry knowledge and transaction experience we can provide the best advice to our clients, identify the most well-suited partners and investors and ultimately deliver results that meet or exceed their expectations.
I am driven by developing a compelling story. At the heart of what we do in representing middle market companies is working with entrepreneurs and owners to learn about all aspects of their business and their growth opportunities, beyond what the numbers may tell us. This process allows us to develop the most compelling investment thesis that will position the company to find a like-minded partner that will appropriately value and strategically prioritize the opportunity.
My best memories are often around a table, filled with laughs, my favorite people and fantastic food and beverages. Being able to work with companies and brands that touch this experience in many different ways makes my job incredibly rewarding.
