“It’s really a formula for success: Trust + Experience + Independence = Results.”
To me, trust, experience and independence are all required inputs to produce results. One or two inputs alone is not sufficient; all three inputs are essential. It’s really a formula for success: Trust + Experience + Independence = Results.
I am driven by being part of transformational change in a company’s development. I derive great satisfaction in seeing tangible, measurable results at a company and knowing that I had a part to play in its success.
Doing the right thing – always.
