Twisted Pair Solutions designs and delivers enterprise class software that enables the convergence of voice, data and video between disparate communications systems and networks. Through the historical efforts of its founders and management, the Company has developed a unique software solution and achieved significant customer momentum, despite having taken very limited institutional capital to date.

Solution

To capitalize on the substantial growth opportunities within its sectors of focus, management and existing shareholders recognized the need for both additional capital and strategic relationships that accompany an institutional round of equity financing. The management of Twisted Pair Solutions engaged Cascadia Capital to assist them in the contemplated round of financing, with the intention of broadening the set of targeted investors to include groups experienced in the communications, software, defense, and government marketplace.

Results

As part of the capital formation process, Cascadia Capital introduced the Company to investors on both the East and West Coast, eventually leading to expressions of interest from multiple investors who understood the Company and its industry segments. The selected co-lead investors, Ignition Partners and Core Capital Partners, as well as syndicate participant Chart Venture Partners, bring significant relationships and experience within the commercial, homeland security, and defense markets.
