Warren Gouk helps lead two of Cascadia’s central practices: Internet New Media and Security / Defense.
To that end, Gouk represented Lenel Systems, a security provider, when it was purchased by United Technologies for more than $400 million. And he assisted RecipeZaar, a modestly profitable online cookbook aggregator, in its $25 million cash sale to Scripps.
Before joining Cascadia, Gouk was with Volpe Brown Whelan & Co., where he was responsible for executing, structuring and negotiating buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for private and public middle market companies.
Gouk holds a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of British Columbia and has received his Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
